A weekend of reflection and recharging.

A weekend of reflection and recharging.

You may have noticed some posts missing on the blog that I decided to remove. Finding the balance of being open with the depression/anxiety/alcoholism with a respect for family and friends privacy is something I’m still learning when I write these posts. I failed to find that balance with some of my recent posts. So I think the thing to do now is move on. Forward momentum and such.

I spent sometime outdoors and being active this weekend, which was good for both my mental and physical health. I had some alone time and also some time with people I love. It was a good balance. I’m going to try to find that in my life and in my writing.
